Accessibility Statement

Accessibility is what we do for a living, so we hold our own properties to the standard we audit others against — including admitting where we fall short.

Our commitment

AI Vaala LLC, which operates the Vaala Studios brand, is committed to making its digital properties usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, speech input, or other assistive technology. We treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time project.

Conformance status

Our target standard is WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means most of the site meets the standard, but we know some parts do not yet. We would rather state that plainly than claim full conformance we have not verified.

What we have done

  • Built the public pages with semantic HTML and a logical heading structure.
  • Ensured all functionality is reachable and operable by keyboard alone.
  • Provided visible focus indicators on every interactive element.
  • Checked text and interface colour contrast against the WCAG 2.2 Level AA thresholds in both light and dark colour schemes.
  • Avoided conveying information by colour alone.
  • Kept the layout responsive and readable at 200% zoom and at narrow viewport widths, without loss of content or horizontal scrolling.
  • Hidden purely decorative elements from assistive technology.
  • Avoided auto-playing media, motion, and content that flashes or moves without user control.
  • Used no cookie consent banner or interstitial overlay, which are common sources of keyboard and screen-reader traps.

Known limitations

We are aware of the following gaps and are working on them. If you hit one, contact us and we will help you directly in the meantime.

  • Customer dashboard. The signed-in dashboard has not yet completed a full WCAG 2.2 Level AA audit. It contains data tables and charts that likely need better programmatic labelling and non-visual alternatives.
  • Third-party components. Parts of the dashboard use third-party authentication and interface libraries whose accessibility we do not fully control. We report defects upstream when we find them.
  • Data visualisations. Analytics charts may not yet expose an equivalent text or tabular alternative in every view.
  • Call transcripts. Automatically generated transcripts can contain recognition errors and are not a certified substitute for a verbatim record.

Assessment approach

We assessed this site by internal review, combining manual keyboard and screen-reader testing with automated checks. It has not been evaluated by an independent third party. We reassess when we ship significant changes.

Compatibility

This site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and with the assistive technology commonly paired with them. It may not work reliably on browsers more than two major versions old.

Feedback — and how fast we respond

If you encounter a barrier on this site, or need information from us in an alternative format, please tell us. Reports of specific problems are the fastest route to a fix, so include the page address and what you were trying to do if you can.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within 2 business days and to give you a substantive response, including a remediation timeline where a fix is needed, within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, say so in reply and it will be escalated to the owner of the business.
